ToastyReplay collects minimal information necessary for account management, licensing, downloads, activation, payment processing, and user support.

This information includes your email address, account login session, license status, license ID, device activations, device names, hashed device IDs, download logs, and basic payment records via Stripe.

If you connect your Discord account, ToastyReplay will store your Discord ID, username, avatar, and the time the account was connected.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and your full card number is not stored by ToastyReplay. Stripe may provide ToastyReplay with non-sensitive payment data such as customer ID, subscription ID, purchase status, and refund status.

ToastyReplay utilizes cookies for login sessions, account access, admin access, and tester unlocks.

Personal information is never sold to third parties.

Personal data may be shared with services essential for ToastyReplay's operation, including Stripe for payments, Discord if you link it, and hosting/backend providers for website functionality.

You can request account deletion or ask privacy-related questions by emailing toastexgdm@gmail.com. Some records may be retained for financial reporting, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, or security.
