Refund Policy
ToastyReplay Pro purchasers seeking a refund can contact toastexgdm@gmail.com.
First 3 days after purchase: refunds are typically issued without issue if requested by email within this period.
After 3 days: refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may consider refunds for duplicate or accidental purchases, or if the software is demonstrably not functioning and we cannot offer adequate support.
Bans, account penalties, leaderboard status, and usage outside intended applications: no refunds will be issued. ToastyReplay is designed for showcases, testing, rendering, and entertainment only and is prohibited from use in official play or submissions.
Monthly subscriptions will not be refunded for past payments once they have been made, and instead will stop future charges upon cancellation, unless they are eligible for a refund based on the policy outlined above.
Approved refunds will be returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
